Sue Bellman

May 15, 1946 - February 15, 2022

Sue Bellman of Valparaiso, Indiana, age 75, passed away on February 15, 2022 at St. Mary Medical Center after complications from surgery. She had a beautiful smile and a vibrant personality. She enjoyed meeting new people and inviting them to church, the Pentecostals of Southlake, where she was a faithful member. With Sue, there was no such thing as a stranger, and she was one of the most friendly and welcoming people you could ever meet. She was always full of compliments and she had a special gift for making people feel noticed and special. More than anything, she loved Jesus and her family. Sue was preceded in death by her parents- Lloyd and Nancy Howard. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Rich Sr., two sons- Rich Jr. (Cindy) Bellman of Winfield, IN and Ryan (Jenny) Bellman of Valparaiso, IN; grandchildren- Ana, Richelle (Stephen), and Dylan; great grandchildren- Xander, Nathan, Valencia, and Cindy; brothers- Paul (Maryann) Howard, Jerry (Rachel) Howard, and Mike (Cathy) Howard; nieces, nephews, and countless friends. Friends may call upon the family at the Pentecostals of South Lake Church, 1640 W. 93rd Avenue, Merrillville, Indiana on Saturday, February 19, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CST with a memorial service beginning at 1:00 p.m. Reverend Mark Smith and Reverend Randy Scott will be officiating.
