Terrence L. Bush

Terrence Lee Bush (TB2), of Crown Point, Indiana, passed away on June 15, 2024, at age 67. Terrence was born to parents, Lee and Judy Bush. He was raised in Morrison, IL and graduated from high school in Eureka, IL. Terry ventured on to be a professional window washer, landscaper and retired Local 150 Operating Engineer. His favorite and proudest projects he worked on were the Cubs Wrigley Field renovation, the Chicago River Walk and North Beach Stairs. Terry’s Florida projects included Disney World and NASA. His favorite hobbies were riding his Harley Davidson, watching sports, bird watching and feeding the birds in his backyard, gardening, golfing, being a member of the Gary Sportsmen’s Club, and eating a big steak. He also loved having his cold beer with friends and coffee on the porch in the morning. Terry had a big laugh and was notorious for his entrances. He never tired of telling the story of his bicycle ride with his dad, brother and friends starting at east St. Louis and riding 300 miles to the Ozarks, where his Mom picked them up. Terrence is survived by his wife of 10 years, Vicki Bush; son, Jacob Bush (Jacque); daughter, Jennifer Camacho (David) and their mother, Chris Muncie; stepson, William Marrs (Samantha); mother, Judy Kreiter (Joseph); brother, Russell Bush; sister, Joan Baker (Stan); sister, Amy Tilley (Mike); sister-in-law, Anita VanGorp and brother-in-law, Jim Harris; grandchildren: Ty, Kadelynn; and step-grandchildren: Alexis (Nick), William, Lillyan, and Michael; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Terrence was preceded in death by his father, Lee Bush; sisters: Deborah and Jennifer; stepson, Joseph Marrs; and sister-in-law, Lonetta Ahlgrim. A visitation will be held for family and friends on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home & Crematory, 10101 Broadway, Crown Point, IN. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Burns Funeral Home & Crematory. Cremation to follow.
